A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to hold your date. It is applied toward your total balance. Until the deposit is received, your date remains open to other clients. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before your event.
Venmo, Zelle, and cash are all preferred. All three have no fees. Venmo and Zelle are instant. Cash is accepted in person in the Manteca area. Your deposit (exact amount) can be dropped off before your date is officially held. Text us at (209) 679-6231 to arrange a drop-off time and location.
Credit and debit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee for deposits and balances only.
Yes, extensions are available by request and subject to schedule availability. Text us at least 1 hour before your 7pm pickup. Extensions are $75 per hour and payment via Venmo or Zelle is required upfront to confirm. No payment, no extension.
We deliver between 8am and 10am depending on your chosen setup time. Setup takes 45 to 90 minutes. All packages include a standard 7pm pickup. Extensions are available on the day at $75/hr.
We are based in Manteca, CA and serve the Central Valley and Bay Area. Delivery is included within 40 miles of Manteca for all packages. A $1.50 per mile travel fee applies beyond that distance. Not sure if we cover your area? Reach out and ask.
Flat grass, concrete, or pavement only. No gravel, loose dirt, or slopes. When in doubt, send us a photo of your planned setup area before booking and we will confirm it works.
Add the portable generator at booking for $100. It covers events at parks, open fields, and any venue without exterior power access.
Safety is our top priority. Premier Bounce makes the final call on weather-related situations. Weather cancellations receive a full credit valid for 12 months. No cash refund for weather. We will communicate with you as early as possible if conditions are a concern.
We thoroughly clean and sanitize every unit with commercial grade cleaners after each event. You may even catch us doing a final wipe down during setup at your event. Clean, shiny units are one of our top priorities.
Absolutely. Premier Bounce units are all-white, full-size inflatables built for elevated events. They work just as well at an adult birthday, quinceanera, wedding, or corporate event as they do at a kids party. No other operator in this market is doing this.
