Stockton's north side neighborhoods like Brookside, Spanos Park, and Lincoln Village East are known for larger yards perfectly suited to our 20 foot units. South Stockton and downtown neighborhoods often have tighter spaces where our 17 foot unit is the better fit. We handle both. Our fleet includes two carefully maintained white units. The larger 20 foot by 20 foot bounce house accommodates larger events and older kids. The smaller 17 foot by 13 foot unit fits neatly into more compact backyards and is ideal for younger children, showers, and intimate events. Both units are cleaned and sanitized between every rental.
Stockton is approximately 15 miles from our Manteca warehouse, roughly a 25 minute drive. Setup can begin as early as 9am for Stockton events, and pickup happens at 7pm standard or later with an extended service window.

First, aesthetic. Most bounce houses look like they belong at a low budget carnival. Ours are all white, unbranded, and photograph beautifully. Whether you are shooting professional wedding photography or grabbing iPhone photos for your niece's quince, your images will not have a bright yellow and green bounce house in the background pulling focus.
Second, professionalism. Every rental includes proper anchoring with weighted sandbags or stakes depending on your surface. We do not simply drop the unit and leave. We check for underground utilities before staking, we walk you through safety rules, and we are available by text throughout your rental in case anything comes up.
Third, communication. We keep you updated from the moment you book. You will receive a confirmation email, a reminder 48 hours out with your delivery window, and a text morning of your event. If weather looks questionable, you will hear from us directly.
Fourth, respect for your space. We treat every property like our own. Grass is protected, walkways stay clear, and pickup is handled without a scratch on your driveway or interior floors.
For weekend dates April through October, we recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance. Peak dates like Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July, and Cinco de Mayo book out 6 to 8 weeks out. For private residential setups in Stockton, no permit is required. If you are hosting at a public Stockton park, contact Stockton Parks and Recreation for their reservation and permit process. Some parks require reservations for group gatherings above a certain size. Our units are anchored with sandbags for maximum flexibility across setup surfaces.
Our smaller 17 foot by 13 foot unit needs a clear space of at least 20 feet by 16 feet with 12 feet of vertical clearance. Our larger 20 foot by 20 foot unit needs a clear space of at least 25 feet by 25 feet with 14 feet of vertical clearance. Watch for low branches, power lines, and roof overhangs. If you are unsure whether your space fits, send us a photo and we will confirm.
We monitor Stockton weather closely as your event approaches. If weather looks unsafe (rain, wind above 20 mph, thunderstorms), we contact you 24 hours before to reschedule. Because our deposit is nonrefundable, we offer full credit toward a future date if we cancel due to weather. Light overcast is generally fine, and we can advise on canopy options for iffy weather days.
Yes. Grass is our most common setup surface in Stockton backyards. We use weighted sandbags for anchoring rather than driving stakes into your lawn, so there is no risk of hitting sprinkler lines or damaging turf. If sprinkler heads are visible in the setup area, we work around them.
Every unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between rentals using commercial grade cleaners safe for skin contact. We wipe down all vinyl surfaces, air out the interior, and disinfect high touch points. Because our units are white, dirt shows immediately, which forces us to maintain a higher cleaning standard than colored units where light staining can hide.
